Hi, I’m Scott Culotta, the founder of Beacon FP&A.
After nearly a decade working within the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and FP&A software industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of mid-market organizations on their journey to transform the way they plan, budget, forecast, and report.
I’ve seen firsthand the impact that the right technology can have—unlocking efficiency, improving visibility, and giving finance teams the clarity and confidence they need to make better decisions.
I’ve also seen and heard from many a company the other side of the coin: long and confusing evaluation cycles, overwhelming product claims, costly missteps, and organizations being pushed toward tools that simply weren’t the right fit.
That’s why I created Beacon FP&A.

Our services are provided at no cost to the mid-market organizations we work with. Beacon FP&A may receive referral fees from software providers if you choose to engage with them. These fees: -help us offer our advisory services for free -do not create quotas or sales targets -do not require exclusivity with any vendor -do not influence our evaluation process or recommendations We believe transparency builds trust, which is why we disclose this openly.
